We offer personal training in the gym or flexibility training in the privacy of your suite.

Personal Training rates in the Spa/Gym.  $150  1hr
In Suite Personal Training.  $175  1hr


     
  After Hours

Flat rate for either our Personal Trainer or Massage therapist.  
On Location Personal Training available  $200

Arrangements can be made to provide cardiovascular equipment in your suite.
Cardiovascular equipment in your suite.  $100  Daily, $60  2hrs





     

Windsor Arms Fitness Membership

Our facilities are designed to offer extreme privacy to a select and limited clientele.

Annual Membership  $2,000

Membership Includes:
Full access to the Gym, Pool, Sauna and Steam. Full access to the Spa Health & Beauty Services
