	Arriving Early Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This allows you time to wind down, leave your world behind, slip into a robe and start your treatment relaxed and on time. Enjoy full access to the pool, sauna, steam room, & gymnasium when booking your treatment.
	Arriving Late If you arrive late your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so our next client isn’t delayed.
	Scheduling To ensure a time that fits into your schedule, we recommend you book your next service prior to leaving The Windsor Arms Spa. Our staff will be pleased to assist.
	Cancellation We require 48 hours notice for the cancellation of Spa Packages or bookings of 3 or more services. Single services require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. 50% of the total service fee will be charged for cancellation with less notice.
	Gratuities Gratuities are graciously accepted. Gratuities are not included in Gift Certificate prices unless otherwise indicated.
	Spa Service Hours Monday, Tuesday and Saturday 9am – 7:30pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am – 9pm Sunday, 10am – 5pm After hour services by special arrangement only.

	Pool & Gymnasium Hours Both are open at 7am Monday through Saturday and close at 9pm. Arrangements can be made for after hours use. Please contact The Spa during regular hours of operation to make these arrangements or after hours call the Front Desk of the Hotel.
	The Pool A cozy atmosphere surrounds our lap pool on the 4th floor with a fireplace to help you relax after a few laps, enjoy a sauna with fragrant Eucalyptus to lift the weariness of travel. Use at your Leisure.
	The Gym Located on the 5th floor, our gym is fitted with state of the art cardio and body strengthening equipment. Use at your convenience during your stay or retain the services of our own personal trainer to give you the best professional advice and create a training program just for you. With direct access to the outdoor terrace, exercising or relaxing outdoors is simple.
