We offer personal training in the gym or flexibility training in the privacy of your suite.

Personal Training rates in the Spa/Gym
       1 hour Session - $125.00

In Suite Personal Training
1 hour Session - $150.00

After Hours Personal Training
Between 9:00pm -12:00pm

1 hour Session - $150.00
1 1/2 hour Session - $200.00
Arrangements can be made to provide cardiovascular equipment in your suite. 

$100.00  (daily) - $60.00 (2 hours)

       Windsor Arms Fitness Membership
Our facilities are designed to offer extreme privacy to a select and limited clientele.
Annual Membership - $2,000.00

Membership Includes:
Full access to the fitness centre, pool, sauna and steam.
