Windsor Arms Pet Policy

Windsor Arms welcomes pets and their owners based on the following:

A $30.00 charge per pet, will be added to your bill.

• Pets must be housebroken (trained).

• Pets may not be larger than “lap size” without hotel management’s prior approval.

• For safety reasons a kennel must be available (provided by pet’s owners) so that hotel personnel can service the room/suite.

• Pets cannot be left unattended in hotel room/suite for more than two (2) hours.

• Owners must supply or make arrangements with the hotel prior to arrival for animal supplies such as food and/or kitty litter.

• Owners are responsible for to pay for damages caused by their pets including additional cleaning costs. These costs may be above the initial abovementioned $30.00 charge.

• The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest/owner for the above costs subsequent to check out.

Dog walking and pet sitting services can be arranged with the Concierge. Veterinarian and Animal clinics services are listed with the Concierge.

 The management reserves the right to refuse to accommodate any pet based on the manager’s sole desecration.
