Chef's Table with J.P. Challet

Celebrated Executive Chef J.P. Challet will lead guests through a multi-course culinary experience at the chef's table of the Windsor Arms Hotel kitchen. Chef Challet's heavenly French-fare menu will include lobster bisque cappuccino and shrimp frite; escargots 'vigneronne' with potato gnocchi and chervil butter; scallop and Asian pear with king crab & white chocolate beurre blanc; and braised beef with fingerling mash, bordelaise & wild mushrooms crosmesquis, followed by Windsor Arms' trio of desserts. Showcasing his professional Sommelier talents and belief that foodand wine are inexorably linked to provide a gratifying and memorable dining experience, wine pairings selected by Chef Challet will be included.
