I couldn’t resist writing about an incredible day I spent last Saturday surrounded by my best friends and family. Getting married and everything leading up to it is so much fun and a great excuses to see your friends a little more often. But Saturday afternoon I got to experience what might possibly go down in history as “The Best Bachelorette EVER”
When I heard that we were going to the Windsor Arms Hotel for Doug McNish’s new vegan menu on my birthday, I was overjoyed. I have eaten Doug’s amazing food before at Raw Aura in Port Credit (where he used to work and make the best ravioli and kale chips) and also at our house. It is fresh, always so good and very, very healthy.
A short video showcasing all the excitement, action and fun from the 2009 version of the filmfashionf1.com party in Toronto. The event took place at the Windsor Arms Hotel.
Has this month gone by fast, or what? Even though August is still summer, it’s overshadowed by the prospect of fall. With all those ‘Back to School’ commercials on TV and fall fashion previews in the stores, how are we supposed to enjoy what’s left of the summer? With that said, I admit I’m getting a bit tired of the heat and I am enjoying the cooler temperatures in the evenings. Please don’t tell Mother Nature I said that!
I finally went to have tea with my friend Steph at Windsor Arms! I've read some reviews while researching and was super excited to go. Although I had a fun time, the tea menu was a bit underwhelming. Our reservation was at 5:30pm on Sunday. We were a little early so we walked around the hotel to take pictures. We saw that there was a table of girls having tea that were wearing really pretty hats! Me and Steph felt underdressed haha
